"My Monitor is Awesome!"
I was pretty doubtful when I ordered a monitor due to the reviews, but Compadvance really came through for me throughout the whole process. The monitor is impeccable, and I absolutely adore it! I'd definitely shop with them again; my experience was fantastic and affordable. 👍

"Terrible service this time."
I placed an order for a toner cartridge and received an email confirmation. However, after a few days of waiting, I decided to check my account on their site. To my surprise, the order was cancelled since they were out of stock on the toner. They didn’t even bother to inform me. What a waste!

"We can't offer it to you because we'd be at a loss!"
I ordered a server online, thinking I snagged a great deal, but the next day I got an email saying they priced it too low because of an 'internal system glitch'.

What a total waste of my time!

I won't be dealing with these folks again!

"Not quite 'as new' as advertised"
I purchased a pricey monitor labeled 'as new'. However, the package was missing some cables that were supposed to be included. The listing didn’t mention that it would arrive without those cables. They refused to send the missing one.

Sending the monitor back would cost more in shipping than the cable itself.

I won’t be shopping with them again.

"Super satisfied!"
I've ordered from them directly through their site a few times, and both times I received refurbished units, which were clearly labeled as such. The whole experience has been smooth sailing, and the prices were excellent. I would definitely recommend them to pretty much anyone.

"Impressed Beyond Expectations"
This was my initial buy of a refurbished desktop PC that looked brand new, and I was a bit nervous about it. I ordered it on July 11th, and it showed up bright and early on the 13th. The communication throughout was top-notch, and the product truly appears as if it’s fresh out of the box—no scratches at all, and it’s running like a dream. I had a few minor questions regarding the serial number and warranty, but Kyle got back to me super fast, and everything's now all set. Great deal overall.

"Buying a Printer from CompAdvance Ltd"
I grabbed a printer from this company in a hurry. It wasn't until after I ordered and paid that I decided to check out what others had to say about their experiences. There were several concerning stories, and I gotta admit, I was bracing myself for issues ahead... But, my printer showed up on time and appears to be the shiny new device I paid for. Overall, my experience was pretty solid.

"Buying from Comp Advance"
After checking out reviews on this site, I decided to buy a laptop. I gotta say, their service has been top-notch up to now. The site kept me in the loop about what I was getting, and the delivery was super quick—showed up in just 2 business days. I called them with a question, and they were really helpful. The product's been great so far. Based on my experience, I’d definitely recommend them.

"Top-notch customer support."
Even though I decided to cancel my order because I changed my mind, the service I got was outstanding, and that’s why I felt compelled to share my experience.

I called earlier today to cancel but didn’t get through since they were either busy or on lunch. About 10 minutes later, my phone rang, and it was a representative from CompAdvance getting back to me.
I had no trouble with the cancellation, and my refund through Paypal was processed in just half an hour after we hung up.

"Affordable Refurbished PCs That Deliver"
I got myself a refurbished all-in-one computer from this site. It showed up right on schedule and in excellent shape. I've been using it for a few days and so far, no issues at all. Honestly, I thought there might be a hiccup or two given the low price, but I was really happy with how it turned out!

Before making my purchase, I checked out the other reviews on Trustpilot. Taking a chance on a lesser-known company was a bit nerve-wracking, but I’m glad I did.

"Happy with the service, quality, and bang for your buck"
I was really impressed with the service, the quality of the HP laptop, and the price. I’ll surely be back for more. We also ordered a pen to go with the laptop and got a call from the company asking if we wanted one in the same color as the laptop since we accidentally picked a different shade. Plus, we needed to update the delivery address, and they responded super fast with instructions on how to do that.

Feeling very satisfied!

"Purchased two laptops recently; super pleased with both."
I was a bit hesitant about getting from a re-seller, but I did my homework on this site and felt better after reading the reviews. Honestly, I'm really happy I went for it; both computers were just as they said. The second one had a tiny scratch on the lid, but they pointed that out in the description and even included a picture. The delivery was top-notch, and both are running like a charm now. I wouldn't think twice about using Compadvance again.

I just bought an HP all-in-one desktop from this company for a fantastic price. It showed up in just 2 days and was in mint condition! When I couldn't track down the Bluetooth receiver for my wireless mouse and keyboard, I reached out to their customer support. They were super helpful, and I managed to find the receiver. All in all, my experience with this company has been top-notch, thanks to their amazing customer service.

"Received a better product than I ordered"
In my situation, Comp Advance delivered the incorrect part number to me. But hey, it turned out to be a better item than the one I originally bought, so I figured I’d just keep it. I asked for a new invoice to reflect what I actually received. Comp Advance was speedy in fixing the issue and provided the right invoice. Good service overall. So, in the end, I ended up with a much better product for the same price.
